Ghana doesn't need a. coach right now to build a team because you don't have a single world class player. Instead of chasing coaches and hiring new ones base on one successful adventure, I prefer you take time and build a discipline and young team capable of computing in 3 years. You can bring Pep G and will fail. You have players who not discipline, don't fight for the nations. Instead they come only to f...k the prostitutes

Its not a matter of a coach, its a matter of how devoted the players are!Consider the periods when the Black Stars was a power team in power house Ghana, how many of the players played in teams abroad and how many of the players were born and bred overseas??? How many were earning millions??? These days in all our call-ups, how many are local players??? These days any talent who appears on the local scene is immediately whisked away abroad. I bet my bottom dollar , if the national coach were to be sent to scout for all these players playing in lower divisions abroad and add them to a crop of selected local talents and just camped for a couple of weeks to form the "Black Stars", you can call them "Black Planets" if you like, they would do wonders and would be able to bring the world cup trophy within the next 10 years! This is food for thought for those football administrators! Look at the so-called "stars", in the current Black Stars, a couple of years ago they were playing in academies and lower division teams abroad and they were born and bred right here in Ghana!!! Look at the Under 20 national team, majority played for the Black Stars in the 2020 WC but for Asamoah Gyans "over the bar" The Black Stars would have shot the moon; you get the pattern a mixture of players born and bred in Ghana with couple of them playing abroad! How many were born and bred abroad????
