Where was this man when Bagbin was misbehaving? Where was he when the NDC MPs were sleeping in parliament house so they could occupy the majority side of the house?
The NPP made a.number of mistakes,but can never be blamed for the non passage of the mini budget.
Next time when there are issues, learn to speak in time so that you don't blame one side.
Anyway, I am not surprised because there are some of you who swore never to see anything good about the NPP government.
