The number of valid votes and spoiled votes? If those numbers added up, its of no use searching for that vote. If they couldn't find the missing vote in the valid votes, it would definitely be among the spoiled votes unless it was mistakingly sorted for another candidate which is less likely because NDC and NPP are keen watchers of one another. I would conclude that someone didn't vote validly.
