Just see the speed with which the courts are rushing to deal with these election cases. For the prior elections 2020, the cases were slowly handled, and they lasted several years. But now they are acting swiftly just to avert ...

Oh I’m disappointed. The NDC is going to put its hands in the mouth of Supreme Court again? The court has been packed by party faithfuls. What ruling are they expecting?
How I wish for a rerun of Parliamentary elections in all those constituencies in dispute!
GHANA IS UNDER ATTACK!! NDC HAS WAGED A WAR AGAINST ALL GHANAIANS. YOU ARE GOING TO SUFFER FOR CHOOSING INCOMPETENCE OVER COMPETENCE!!!!
Why go to supreme court when you know the chief justice will rule against you?ndc be smart,I'm very disappointed in the leadership, you big but little action, cowards.
If the NDC didn't believe in the courts, they'd have had their way despite taking power bc if it were the NPP, they'd have been bloody. Ofui.
NANABA 1, don't forget that NDC has both judges and lawyers who fully have knowledge about the laws governing EC. If Nana Addo SC judges come out with draconian law to favour their traditional NPP MPs it won't work.
It always works. The judge can twist the law as and when. Even clear law about vacant seats we all heard the ruling. They should have just ignored the recolation since it is not part of electoral proceedings and recognize the ...

This is a process. They can choose to debate or ignore their requests. The initial winners by the various presiding officers are going to be sworn in parliament. If not, what happened 8 years ago will be small.
My brother, it is strange how the NDC works. I am already beginning to wonder if it is worth the trouble giving them the support that they will so badly need to survive for the next four years. Sometimes I wonder if it is cra ...

No, it is not because the NDC now believes in the unanimous SC. We all know the outcome already. It is just for the records, for posterity sake.
NDC SENDS THEIR MACHOMEN TO DESTROY BALLOT BOXES THEN SEEK REDRESS AT COURT ! THE 24 HOURS OF DESTRUCTION OF OUR ECONOMY HAVE ALREADY BEGAN ! BLAME YOURSELVES NOT THE ORACLES !!!!
Is not true is high court
Take it from me. The SC will quash NDC's application.
Of course they will throw out the case. Fully and unashamedly partisan.
The recollation ordered by the EC which ended up with the initial seven winners losing their seats to the NPP could have plunged to country into bloodshed if the NDC had not acted maturely. If it was the the NPP who had lost ...

I’m a Ghanaian and I’m not ready to descend on the EC because it’s a lawful institution which should be allowed to do its work. If you like beating the war drums go ahead.
You can only count the votes in front of you
NDC challenge doesn't stack up
If I understand correctly, the NDC is saying that even if the results were called in their favour without the results from the rest of the polling stations, it doesn't rest with the EC to over turn those results no matter the ...

The Chief justice should be reminded that the supreme Court does not have jurisdiction on parliamentary election. She should allow the high courts in respective constituencies to preside of the matter
I still insist that it is the thieves and their assigns who are defending the very serious electoral crimes that took place at the nine collation centers. The perpetrators some of whom are lawyers and MPs ought to be identifi ...

They will rule against the NDC. That court is not there for justice but to fight the NDC. The earlier the NDC fights back the better for the party.
The Unanimous Team is once again coming to do their dirty job for their pay masters. I believe this time around, they'll make it 4-3 OR 5-4.
Shameless bunch of greedy poodles.
WEKTO. We Know The Outcome. Lol
We all know the outcome even before the date of the hearing. It is Unanimous Football Club.
Now we shall see who is supreme here. The people or the supreme court.
We all know what the supreme court will say. The same old story
The Jean Mensa led EC with her lunatic bunch of criminally minded Commissioners are only interested in serving lawless Nana Akuffo Addo. The illegal declarations by the EC will be reversed. We expect the judges at the Supreme ...

CJ should know that this case might be her last case as CJ so we are watching Unanimous FC!
Ndc lawless fools are on parade. Can the EC declare 6 regions for the presidential and announce the winner and ask the agrived party to go to court?
Why should the NDC go to the supreme court knowing very well justice will elude them ? Well let's see how the unanimous FC handle this case .
Imagine GFA president changing result of Hearts vrs. Kotoko match.
Kuntu it happens all the. Referees revers goals they have whistled for if after viewing the video they see a foul before the goal.
We are watching and waiting for the Chief Injustice. After 7th January we shall all see our smoothness levels in this Country called Ghana.
The CJ will be utterly stupid to preside over this case, and appoint known NPP sympathizers to sit on this case. If Chief Justice Torkonoo has morals she should listen to this advise.
I thought election disputes are high court cases. If the supreme court throw this case out for lack of jurisdiction...the ndc will cry fowl.
Meanwhile they know this matter is not for Supreme court.
