any company who want to do business in Ghana must first register the company as a Ghanaian company before any considerations could be tabled in the ministries.
the reason is simple
that if there is any dispute, our court system has the mandate to settle the issue in Ghana , and it must be stressed in whatever contract- that the final dispute determination is Ghana court and not in any another court of jurisdiction outside Ghana.
when did we hear that a company who has signed a contract in London , has gone to file a law suite in USA, in Russia , china or Africa ?
This type of disrespect must ceased and the action is now.
1. review every contract which government is involved and make necessary provisions to stop any party who is strategically bent to rip Ghana off
