In the EC, all the results from the various polling stations are sent to the constituency collation center, all the presiding officers must present the pink sheet to the constituency collation center. When the constituency is done collating, the results is fax to the regional collation center, the regional collation center will all the results from the various constituency and fax the results to the EC national collation center. so from polling stations to constituency to regional and then to national. The problem is mostly around polling stations to constituency, because some of them are in remote areas. Mean while the party agents can use their mobile phones, take photos of the results and send it to their constituency offices. Thank you
