Does this fool too understand what leadership style mean? We don't need any leadership style. Our leaders should just stop stealing our resources for their personal benefits.

My brother, you are the fool because you don't understand what leadership style is. Governance is not about transformational leadership, servant leadership, pragmatic leadership and those terminologies. Governance is about being truthful, ethical, loyal, selfless, accountable, etc. What was the leadership style of Prof. Mills? What is the leadership style of Paul Kagame? What was the leadership styles of Kufuor, JJ, Obama, Trump, Joe Biden etc? Stop following these organizational management theories and learn. Governing a country is not like managing a business. Note the two operative words of governing and managing. Making national economic decisions and social decisions don't require a leadership style. These are serious decisions involving critical thinking, passion etc. Dealing with unexpected external or global factors don't need a leadership style. If a leadership style is what we need, why are even developed countries, who thought us these theories, don't apply them and have their countries doing very well? Tell me which leader or country is providing a leadership style that is a model that you admire? The Moderator should stop telling us to use Management 101 lecture. Running a country is a serious business which involves the combinations of all leadership styles, including dictatorship. However, the underlying principles of any just society is positive personality traits such as honesty, trust, love for oneself and others, faithfulness, loyalty etc. Above all, ethics (knowing what is right and wrong) and morality (what is right and acceptable) should be supreme.
