If the representative signs something at the constituency, it binds the EC. If they and the party representatives sign a sheet, it means they all agree on the terms of the sheet. The EC headquarters has no right to go over the process again.

This is where I concluded that you're ignorant of the Law. The CI 127 regulating the conduct of election 2024 was the same used for 2020. Infact every election comes with a regulation grounded in the law and so once the same CI on 2020 which says recoalation of results can't be done once there's a declaration unless a high court of competent jurdicature says so is still the same for this year's election too. That's to say, the CI remain unchanged.
