Folks, stop demeaning Osei Kofi. It is his decision so leave him alone. When was the last time he came to any of you insulting him to beg for food?
Leave the man alone.
He knows what he is saying. The British weather kills footballers quickly than anything else!

Too much rubbish
Osei your story is nice however there are three things I want to correct. 1 George Best was an Irish not English.2 The Asantehene at that time was Prempeh the 2nd and 3 Kuffour's house/mansion is at Nshieso not Atonsu.
Hahahahaaaa.
He has a lot of stories laced with some inaccuracies here & there but we go enjoy them like that.
Please, Rev. Osei Kofi, "PUT YOUR COLLECTIONS OF YOUR DAYS OF FOOTBALL PLAYING IN A BOOK, PERHAPS, IN *AN AUTOBIOGRAPHY*, IF YOU HAVE NOT YET DONE IT ALREADY". You have such great memories of your playing days--although you c ...

By 1969, he was at the twilight of his career.
He wasn't even part of the Blackstars team that played at the 1970 AFCON in Sudan.
He wasn't a starter at Kotoko when they won the African cup in 1970.
He was in the Black Stars as late as 1975. His last appearance was against Zaire.
ESSEL MENSAH NOT BOTCHWAY!!!
Rev. you may have forgotten, but it was Essel Mensah who replaced Robert Mensah NOTgoalkeeper Botchway. Botchway came in later.
Rev. deserves a better life after contributing a sterling quota in the area of sports to the nation
