How much do you politicians spend on fuel, accommodation, and allowances alone? The other day JDM was talking about setting up enterim national security council instead of making immediate appointments. That's the indecisiveness we're talking about. If I were the president-elect I would have I should be able to do the appointments two weeks after the elections not to talk of a person who has been president before. If incoming NDC government thinks they cannot afford to complete Agenda 111 projects because of amount involved, they shouldn't think of building a new hospital in any part of Ghana. It's not now that you have come to realise that Agenda 111 projects need that quantum of money to complete them. If no money to complete them then there is no need to build a new hospital at the expense of Agenda 111. I heard JDM in his campaign trail that if voted into power he would complete all projects left uncompleted by his predecessor. So no excuses for now.

However, it could be a govt D-Plan for 10 yes to complete them since we don't have the necessary finances available. For instance, we could 10 or 6 in a year , that will be great. I believe D Plan a lot. Our great first president Dr Nkrumah, may his soul rest in perfect peace , used a D Plan to complete great and ambitious projects in his time. This is my humble opinion. Rome was built in a day.

Just that one project and the recruitment of staff will boost their changes in the next election. The next thing is that if these projects will delay or not continue, the contractors should be allowed to carry their materials like cement etc to avoid waste and loss of money. It is such that breed anger against ruling governments.
