  This has been a very different parliament from the 7 others with lots of lessons to be learned. There the need for constitutional ammendments to have the elections earlier dissolve parliament maybe a week before the presidential swearing in and the new parliament inauguration also coming up a week before the swearing in. That will give the incoming president some room to operate
