  The calculation is flawed. It is less than 12% for higher paid pensioners.
  A pensioner taking 8000 currently will earn 8712 by their formula. However, 12% of 8000 added to 8000 will give the pensioner 8960. Where is the rest ...

  A pensioner taking 8000 currently will earn 8712 by their formula. However, 12% of 8000 added to 8000 will give the pensioner 8960. Where is the rest of the money going? I hope no one is going to pocket the rest of the money and use statistics to cover up.

  It's not even up to the 12%. It's actually 8% with a little of over 72 cedis. We want it negotiated now and reflected in the January salary. Nothing less than 20% increment across board. No more excuses
