The NDC walked out of parliament and the speaker won’t allow the house to sit. The budget which was supposed to be passed in November was passed on January 3, 2025. My beef with Jinapor is that he displayed immaturity in putting out such a sensitive information. Sometimes the way we do politic is this country is so bad to an extend that, if someone is to die for a party to win power, we do not care.
If NDC had not walked out and approved the then budget, government could have raised funds to purchase the fuel or the gas for the 1st quarter of the year 2025. However NDC members in parliament supported by Mr Speaker Bagbin decided to sabotage the then government so that the government becomes unpopular to the citizens. Today the law of comer has caught them big time. They should find all means to get the lights on without any complaints or blaming the past government. They were voted to power to solve the problems they told the people of Ghana. All what we are interested now is for the NDC party to solve the numerous issues Ghanaians are facing today. Anything beside that, Ghanaians will pay them back big time.
