  There must be a wholesale depot in Tema where all traders from other regions can go to and buy or retrieve their goods. Kantamanto must be decentralized..traders can go to achimot!, dome, kaneshie or kasoa. All others shoukd go to the Tema and buy them from wholesalers and send them to wherever they came from. The current space at kantamanto is prime space than can be used for a mall, paid parking, hotel with shops, restaurants, movie theatres a decent place for people to gather. Best use the space for an Accra convention center building. Every major city in north America has a convention center. Google it
