  dont mind him creating new cabinet to feed job for the boys as usual. look, all sporting disciplines should table their concerns and send them to the finance minsitry. no more middle men. secondly, each cabinet sector must create a youth sector within their portfolio so for example gender will have a youth division. transport will have a youth division, agriculture will have a youth subdivision, education etc etc..youths need after school jobs, vacation jobs so they can save money before school start. so now somenone like asiedu nketiah will say oh what about sports and recreation. well, sports n recreation must be governed by the respective sporting disciplines. gfa, gh athletics, gh boxing, gh basketball, gh rugby etc....they must address youth sports from the grassroots and table a plan that they will roll out along with the education ministry within primary, jhs and shs. if they dont deliver that plan they the heads dont know what they are doing n must be replaced. right now, you mahama have created 2 cabinets for youth, sports n recreation. WHY? JOB FOR THE BOYS

If you break the contract and you are found liable you will be jailed 10yrs minimum
