  It is not as constitional body accountable to Parliament or adhoc body . Then help pass the Ghana ORAL Act spelling out its mandate, scope and procedures so that every regime and transition is treated with suspicion, under the same principle that if you have notthing to hide "you have nothing to fear". In fact after public office holders, the exercise should be extended to tax defaulters. Is green khaki with cap the uniform?

That is why the fomer Cocobod CEO is still in court after 8 years of witch hunting.
