That is the problem in Adenta. Most of the lands there were acquired from the chiefs by Kwame Nkrumah for development but because these lands were not developed, the chiefs illegally go behind the government and sell them to individuals. It is therefore the duty of the buyer to go back to state housing to regularized the land, meaning he has to buy it legally from the state housing else they can enter the land and claim it back.. most people you see there have repurchased their land from state housing.

As it is common knowledge that governments in the past have not paid compensation due to these chiefs, it rather strengthens their hands to take their property back even without notice.
Bizarrely, this same government through its agency duly transferred title to him.
On many fronts, he will win this case if the judge is so minded.
