Why havent schools recieved food? The region don't have food anywhere? Did the supplier receive their payment from finance ministry? Or is the supplier not capable of supplying the food produce as agreed to? Arrest thr supplier and find a new provider in the region and if there aren't any suppliers then agric minister must create a supplier in the region that can supply food adequate to everyone in the region as a wholesaler where others can even go and buy produce for resale. If you can't find a seamless, long lasting solution to this then youbdont deserve to be in politics or in any leadership position for that matter tou are all fools. Why must the president order for food to be issued from Tema warehouses and transported to these various high-school? Why? You need a system that is so efficient even the most stupid incoming leaders dont have to lift a finger. The various shs boarding schools have a budget based on number of k>ds they feed. The principals must send those budgets or figures to the education ministry. The education ministry issues those figure to finance. Finance issues payment to education? Ministry. Now, each shs must find a wholesaler in their region that can provide thr good they need to feed the kids. Provide the contact info to the education ministry. Education ministry issues payments to the regional Food and produce wholesaler and forwards the invoice to the various schools. After this date, you go there or the food wholesaler will transport the food to your school. So now, you the school is now dealing with your local food seller located in your refion..if.nothing of thay sort exists in your region then agric minister must ensure this is solved asap be ause people in that region, schools, restaurants etc must eat. This is a form of job creation. So now, your problem is solved. There is transparency. I think I need to come to this bullshit country n open a consulting company to deal with this because gh leaders are idiots....worse than monkeys
