The whole system called GHANA was run down in a manner that would ensure distress manner or circumstances that would call for ingenious strategic investment so the NPP gurus can turn back and privatized all the sectors of the economy and then they will acquired controlling stakes in most, if not all, the institutions, companies, corporations, and facet of business/economic activities in Ghana thereby turning the whole of Ghana into their little properties.
