The leader of a dead organization. In the past this was an association for people who could not make the grade to do professional courses in the universities. These empty brains read raw subjects in the university. They had to accept to teach in the secondary schools. They could not join GNAT because they were not professional teachers. Currently, about 80 per cent of all teachers are graduates. So who are members of NAGRAT? They characters cannot even pass the Licensure examinations. So who are they deceiving? What you said must also include the correction of illegalities in the office holding. About 99%of unqualified office holders in the sector must be corrected. Basic teacher certificate holders working in shs is among the few challenges you are trying to hide. A basic certificate teacher without an area of specialisation teaching science in shs is bad and it must be discouraged. Even Angel himself is a basic teacher certificate holder but may want to teach and head shs instead . Very very bad behaviour put up by Angel and men. NAGRAT membership disqualification from salary and other gov.negotiations as a result of the use of unqualified leadership,the crime Mr Ken Ofori Atta committed, is a headache but what is Brother Angel doing about it before the end of his term of office. Today quality education is nothing to these men teachers of Brother Angel's like,so damaging and do not think about the returns of gov.spending and IMF loans contracted. Mr Haruna Iddrisu should not allowed himself to be bribed.
