Though he was the PRESUMPTIVE winner, he was still a private citizen until the EC OFFICIALLY DECALRES HIM A WINNER. We can only have one president at a time. The coat of arms did not YET belong on his vehicle, but Nana Addo's. By law vehicles on the roads in Ghana have to have two identical license plates. His vehicle did not. By the same law the coat of arms is not identical to the plate assigned to his brother's vehicle, so it does not belong on there. Look, i am not against Mahama. Everyone should lead by example and follow the law. SIMPLE.

If indeed the president is found to have bought a new car to drive in just as he's been sworned in, then he has a lot to answer to but if offered a temporary car by whoever, there shouldn't be anything wrong with that.
