For ORAL evidence to be accepted in a court of law it has to meet legislative standards of the law of evidence otherwise the case will be thrown out at the first instance before a judge in the lower courts.

So honestly nobody has anything to fear from ORAL, including real criminals!

Don’t we know the loot that went on under AFRC and PNDC and NDC. I have many very close friends who worked for Efo Jeremiah John Rawlings and know how many lands and wealth they stole from Ghana. One of my mates who worked for the BNI at a point in time had eleven very big Storey buildings and very expensive vehicles including Alpha Romeo.
Also some of the ORAL members are known to be extremely corrupt and partisan that they should not be members of ORAL. ORAL may become YOU SCRATCH MY BACK AND I SCRATCH YOUR BACK. It will come to nothing.
Many innocent and grassroots came to support Efo Jeremiah John Rawlings and Boakye Gyan’s Tribunal system. What came out of that? How rich are Addo Aikins and Agyekum? Until the establishment of the Regional Investigation Committees and Tribunals, they were NOBODY. I know them personally because Oduro Larbi of Adukrom was my Uncle and I usually visited him at the Regional Secretary’s place at RECIDENCY where they operated from. Let ORAL cast their nets wider to the illegalities of the time of the AFRC.
