Rawlings came and thought he could use brutal military force to solve issues but he woefully failed. He became more corrupt than those he, Boakye Djan and their cohorts accused of corruption and had them killed. As a wise king he chooses his words so as to remain in the middle lane even when his wishes flattered. All that he's telling you this time round, he's speaking in parables. Please watch out. Be wise.
