  A staff of four such individuals should already be on the books of the GFA.The notion that we need a separate committee for each national team is ridiculous and unnecessary drain on funds. What we need are singular national team managers, who would collect information from four full time staffers at the FA to help them manage our teams. The staffers simply will collect applicable information for the national team mangers and then go home. Their job description wouldn't include traveling with a team, collecting bonuses or per diems. They're simply conduits between the GFA and the head coach and his staff.
