  I think toll levy will be a better option. Some of the tolls on our highways with no traffic nuisance should be maintained. I also think all the inter country vehicles should be charged special levies at their point of entry.

  It’s great idea to bring the road tolls back but don’t bring that old archaic stupid way of people collecting road tolls..if u are bringing road tolls back, then it should be electronic..our neighbors in Ivory Coast has done it..if u go to Ivory Coast, every road tolls is collected electronically..don’t go and put someone in the booth to be collecting cash..Go to Ivory Coast and learn how they did their electronic tolls..in Ivory Coast, any tolls that’s collected for the day, goes directly to the ministry of highway electronically ..any car that passes through the tolls, 1.reflect directly in the ministry of roads and highway 2. The Revenue center(GRA) and then the local govt..so it’s like 3 agencies taking accounts of the road tolls so there is transparency..don’t go and put someone In tollbooth who will be wasting drivers time and also stealing the money..
