If Kuffour, through Akuffo Addo jailed Tsatsu Titchata and cow for flimsy reasons, why should the likes of Amoako Atta, Agyemang Manu, ofori atta and co be allowed to go scout free for foolishly causing financial loss to the state.

Another monkey minister who don't have a clue what he is talking about. You can't have all electronic toll booths. Majority will be electronic abut you must also have a booth where others pay cash. Some may not have a pass to pay toll booths..some may be driving thru the country. This is why you need physical cash collectors and you must have a system, cameras that record all vehicles going thru the booth, time, date and number of cars per day. That way the person collecting the money can't steal..dont you fools travel else where to do your homework?

Vehicle owners who buy fuel frequently are therefore the heavy users of roads so logically should be paying more toward the road fund. My only issue with this method is how will you seperate customers buying petrol or diesel for their generators, tractors etc. Also fishermen using premix won't be affected.

What is the form of payment. Who has to send email to this respective driver with their toll booths fees. It’s a good idea but it’s not easy to implement now, start with the old school system and then build comprehensive implementation census please. Even in New Jersey the have both Eazy pass and one on one booths. So yes if DVLA can assures you that all physical addresses in Ghana which drivers used in registration of their vehicles are correct, of course the fee may be mail out and still there should be a physical booth for those who can’t have physical address or doesn’t not have the money for EazyPass. My humble opinion please.
