    Very soon all our toiletries as well as our underwears will all be free. Ghanaians are too myopic in embracing useless so called free free free policies. Both NPP and NDC are visionless.

    The programme also extends to master students and etc who are starting first year at the universities ,and hence do your calculations well to cover all of them.

    Let only the needy apply for it, don't make it a default for all. There should be a special education loan facility at most major banks with super low interest.
