  Public tertiary schools are owned and managed by gov. and that NDC should ensure that all projects are financed by gov.and not an individual holding hinself as owner and financier of such institution in the country. And fees paying should be a general state plan. Pres.Mahama should watch out to stay out of them in a beautiful way.

  It’s should be the other way around. We are tired of students graduating with these Normal Subjects. Special or professional subjects should rather be free to encourage more students into those field.
