  People are now smoking it freely and the secondhand smoke is affecting the none smokers.
  The 12,13 year old are becoming addicted and there is no ending in sight.
  The government is struggling to feed the school children.Should this become legalize,are we ready to face the aftermath?

The idea that it’s causing chaos is exaggerated and often comes from misinformation. Regulated systems ensure safer use, control access for minors, and reduce black-market activity—things prohibition has never been able to achieve. If anything, Ghana is missing out on a massive economic and medicinal opportunity because of outdated myths like the ones you're repeating. Do your research before spewing nonsense.
