  A country with revenue of about 2 billion ghc and 4 billion expenditures but no president can cancel FSHS. We need about 700 million for FSHS alone every year. We are always borrowing to spend on salaries etc but not on capital. FSHS has come to stay oooo and no president can cancel that . But will our government expenditures leads us to bankruptcy? . It’s coming slowly ooo but our biggest expenses FSHS is going no where .

  Master, be practical to the situation, can the state continue to fund secondary education for all Ghanaians all the time? The idea of the Free-SHS education is very good but we must be practical, in every society the rich help the poor, no child in Ghana must be denied secondary education because of poverty, but there is no society where everyone is said to be poor, and luckily, the society in Ghana has been categorized into A, B, C, up to the last letter when selecting students into senior high schools, the poor goes to the last letter schools in rural areas so let's start the Free-SHS from the poor rural schools so that no child is left out of school because of poverty.
