I just saw this article and wish to comment also. The Ghana Catholic Bishops should open their eyes and put their ears to the ground. Quiet a number of the male Catholic faithful are Freemasons. Yes! Our husbands/fathers/ uncles have joined that secret society which is a religion in disguise. Most marriages are breaking up because members (our catholic husbands) are thought not to have affairs only with a fellow brother's wife or daughter. Which implies that they could have affairs with anybody else. And this is one of the traits of masons. They always have extra marital affairs.

It is very unfortunate that such an award was wasted on a non-Catholic and a mason for that matter. I am sure Mrs. Kuffuor knew the Church's stand regarding freemasonry that is why she is the worst offender. I am not passing judgment here. As a wife, I have mentioned my husband's association with this wicked society to our Priest. Even though my husband is adamant to change, I have played my part. All I do fis remember him in my prayers.
