  The concept of a 24 hour economy is nothing new. with improved logistics, any economy can operate 24 hours. The concentration should be in providing efficiency and accountability in logistics such as uninterrupted flow of electricity, reduced fuel cost, decreased govt. corruption and removal of the bottlenecks in the private sector businesses. Wishing Ghana well though.....
