Hahahaha. Compare the size of the populations of Canada and Australia to Ghana. Ghana’s crime rate jumped up when Guns and other weapons went into the wrong hands at the time of the AFRC and PNDC under Efo Jeremiah John Rawlings. Prior to that, one could hardly hear of Armed Robbery. Compare then to now. One can now buy a Pistol in the streets of any city or big town in Ghana. Are mining companies and sites not being attacked daily? The recent one took place at Obuasi when Armed thugs attacked Military personnel on duty command. I am glad that the Military Men did the right duty of shooting down some of the thugs. The Military should have shot more of the thugs. Ghana is not safe. Drive alone in the night from one town to the other and see what will happen to you. Look at what is happening in Bawku area. Can that happen in Canada and Australia? Don’t picture Ghana as being so glorious and almost crime free area. By population and size, we are among the worst.
