In as much as I abhor discrimination against men by women, (which is common these days worldwide) this particular case of employment of only women to man the women development bank is not discriminatory. It is a specific policy designed to elevate women up the socio-economic ladder. In Washington DC for eg all public buses are driven by blacks, both male and female. It is called AFFIRMATIVE ACTION. And it's for a purpose. These actions or policies which seemingly favour particular genders will no more be necessary when a balance and equilibrium is attained in the socio-economic order between men and women.

This guy is just an attention seeker, there is nothing wrong in appointing and empowering only women in a bank, women have bn discriminated against and marginalized for centuries, so if some sensible person/s wants to do something to elevate them, it's a step in the right direction, not so long ago, it was even seen as sinful or a wastage of resources in certain parts of Ghana, to educate women, they have bn discriminated against for ages, and I think the Vincent guy is one of those who sees them as subhumans, otherwise he would even have encouraged it, they even deserve more, We have always had chiefs being the superior rulers since time in memorial in the history of Ghana, we have had only male presidents since 1957, women have always bn treated as second to men in Ghana, Vincent saw or sees nothing wrong with it but sees everything wrong with, they having their own bank for only women.
