  every region must have a regional tourist board. identify tourist sites and make them ready for business, visitors. you can solicit patronage or financial support from corporate gh, finance ministry etc. then you create radio and tv, banner ads and circulate them all over the country, all over west africa. go on popular mainstream tv n radio platforms and broadcast. go to egypt, morocco, kenya, s africa and promote your region and see the numbers. gh tourim as an umbrella tourist organization should also do the same and take their ads to other nations in africa, europe, north america, asia, s america...go to te wealthy nations in these places and use their popular tv, radio channels to promote gh tourism. other nations do this. why cant you do the same? when was the last time you saw a Gh ad on bbc, cbc, cnn, fox, bloomberg, cnbc etc on gh tourism? never...

  Great presentation yesterday by Hon. Rita Awartey. She was frank, composed and precise in her answers. I was very happy about how she indicated her readiness to collaborate with all including non NDC MPs to resolve misunderstandings that may occur.
  
  Also her knowledge of the Eastern Region was amazing and also she had a vivid idea of a lot of tourist sites.
  
  May you be approved by the House so that you will hit the ground running in the Region.
