If our Constitution is not reviewed we will continue to hear this NONSENSE.Our elected Presidents are too powerful. How can one man get the wisdom to appoint 4,500 CEOs for SOEs without making a mistake?

The only way Ghana can get good and competent CEOs and MDs for our SOEs is for our Presidents to. handover such appointments to Recruitment Agencies to select the right personnels.No wonder our SOEs are failing
