There will always be first time MPs and nonperforming MPs will be voted out.

Those who because arrogant and did not serve the people well were booted out of Parliament. Therefore you, yourself, serve your people well and do not despise them, else..!
  There is no "turnover" when it comes to election/ electing officials. Power is with the people, so ones performance determine whether to be kept or not. So, think twice and serve your constituents well.
