  TOR must be revived..Ghana needs cheap fuel for it’s citizens..when fuel is expensive, automatically everything in the country becomes expensive..#TOR must work again

  How many millions have been spent on staff and expenses and a BOD for a refinery that has not operated since 2018. Only in Ghana!
