  ECG will never accept blame for any harm they caused to customers, they are only interested in misusing the revenue illegally acquired. You are a service provider and you keep charging monthly service fee on credit customers buy, where in the world do see this broad daylight robbery happening? This monthly service fee charges is a collaboration between ECG and PURC who are supposed to protect the consumers interest. This stealing must stop immediately.
