Whereas that may get you loyalty, they may also want to tell you only what you want to hear, not necessarily pointing out your blind spots. You need outsiders sometimes in the mix to direct your attention to the critical aspects and elements or issues, which may not necessarily be pleasant to hear.

I am very disappointed in JM. I thought reseting means scrapping some of the useless departments and agencies used by Akuffo Addo to siphon money from mother Ghana but not to endorsed. Instead of resetting JM is rather resetting! Very disappointing because we have all our hope in him and seems like same status quo. Appointment has not been equitably balance, 70% of them Northerners, seems like the rumours flashing that Ibrahim Mahama and Harruma Iddrisu are the two in charge of the appointments is true. JM be careful because you may not like the tsunami of public demonstrations that will hit your government when we feel you are same as the Akuffo Addo government. Meanwhile what is happening to ORAL on Ken Ofori Atta and Gabby Otchere Darko?
