Very wise submission. To think living in an area for long gives one full traditional rites to rule over indigenes smacks of colonial mentality which cannot be entertained.
Creating a new region would not solve the security is issues in that area. Political will is the answer.

We have lots of Gold. Agric produce produce such as onions as well.
There is also soybean, maize,potentials for growing cashew, it grows very well all over the country
I have not mentioned the several cattle and other livestock that are produced in the area. It has 3 borders and is undoubtedly the most viable economic hub in the region despite the disturbances.
