In Ato Forson's case, we know someone fraudulently imported jalopies as ambulances. So who should be held accountable? Ato Forson knows he is as guilty as the sin but this is Ghana. He has been promoted for being an irresponsible deputy minister in the previous Mahama administration. Mahama himself was the gatekeeper of corruption in his previous government and he will do it again.
