  Its clear that , most of these cases being dropped were charged base on political undertone . There was no way of securing conviction on this particular case. Insufficient evidence.

  Please with all due respect are you really a professor and for that matter a lawyer? How can you rather blame the prosecutors in such cases when the politicians have ways of delaying cases across regimes so they can be dropped as is happening now. So is it only a prosecutor that can delay cases? Instead of holding the new government on for dropping the cases you are rather accusing the previous prosecutors. Just in the recent past you joined the chorus to sing the clearing house song against NADAA. You supported corrupt people at the court just because you never liked the nose of NADAA and the color of his Party. What song will you compose now for JM for sweeping corrupt cases under the carpet. You claim to hate corruption only when your opponent is in the docket.

  If that is the case then sexy dondon should be released because he was arrested in Mahamahs era, my mum had a case in high court about a house her partner gave her us a gift, the family of her husband don’t agree and it has taken almost thirteen years the case is still pending am not saying is good but Ghana for you, the defendant also have the right, we are not in the cangaroo court, everyone deserves to be heard, a lawyer talking like this?

  At times we have to be transparent about issues. It would have been appreciated if you took the time to inform the public that the defendant Ofosu Ampofo requested and took a very long absence from the court due to his health issues.
  How can prosecutor goes on with a case that the court has adjourned due to defendant's health issues?
