  The fact is that the Ghanaian voters just wanted to vote for change, and they voted massively for the NDC parliamentary candidates because they had learned a bitter lesson from the challenges that come with a hung parliament, so they voted that way to avoid a repeat of such challenges. No one should blame anyone or anything for that, or even want to use that to hold the party to ransom.
