  Primarily Ministerial (figure head) positions are most often than not mere political not administrative in nature. Their core functions are to guide their governments policies through while those professionals head the chief director and departmental directorships positions. Otherwise NDC would have chosen from several seasoned professionals such Professor Dr Ayensu-Dankwa and co.
