  Bank of Ghana should take steps to monitor foreign nationals in Ghana who although in Ghana, want to import food from their countries. Some of these nationals are Indians, Chinese, British, Germans who are prepared to get foreign currencies at all cost to import especially food items, cars from their home countries. Thank you.
