I am a bit cautious. The country is broke so any additional expenses bring pressure on the existing expenditure. Do we have enough to funds for existing projects? If not why create new holes that will need a lot to fill?

When John Mahama was leaving power in his 1st term he left Ghana Health Insurance in huge debt.I don't understand why he is not continuing with the debt free GHIS Akuffo Addo has left behind but rather bring back problems.

Any attempt at creating a new health insurance scheme or fund will lead to the collapse of the original one set up by Kufour.If Mahama wants to be remembered he shd look at other sectors like housing or transport to improve. The country and its citizens are too poor to have multiciplicity of health funds we can't handle it.USA who have such policies are struggling to handle it compare to most European countries who have a single scheme.

In addition, Ridge Hospital , for instance, is notorious for kidnapping dead bodies when families are unable to pay huge charges after patients die from unsuccessful surgeries. Release the dead bodies now.
