Being linked to other services should mean that the card number, which is your id number, together with other biometric details should identify you and you alone as the authentic bearer of the details. Using the card as a bank, though doable, doesn't make much sense. For driver's licence, it's okay. In fact, these were amongst the benefits that Dr Bawumia was talking about for which he concluded that he would choose the card over an interchange, given a tight task to choose. All of a sudden, you want to make it your achievement? Lord, help us.
