This is abolute stupidity in a country with minimum wage of 12 Ghana cedis. By, the way what does it mean to say children under 21 years onwards?
Kwame.. i think what they meant to communicate was the benefits will cover their children below the ages of 21yrs. So after 21yrs.. the children cease to enjoy the benefits.
All these benefits were setout in the 1992 constitution led by the NDC with little expertise in law then.
