Why only first class? Mahama should have included business class also and allow them to use only the Economy if he actually wanted to save money because the difference between the first and the Business class is not much huge ...

I know what I am saying because I was in the airline business before. Again It is an international law that airlines are not supposed to fly government officials first class. That is to help curb corruption. They are supposed to fly economy and not business or first class. Mahama is just playing to the public gallery.
